Removal Procedure

Raise the vehicle. Refer to LIFTING AND JACKING THE VEHICLE in GENERAL INFORMATION.
Remove the rocker cladding from the front lower pickup box. Refer to CLADDING REPLACEMENT - REAR LOWER P/U BOX (XTREME) .
Drill out the rivets using a 1/4 inch drill bit.

Clean the anti-corrosion chemical using a suitable degreaser.
