Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the endgate. Refer to END GATE REPLACEMENT (PICKUP)  or END GATE REPLACEMENT (UTILITY) .
  2. Remove the bolts that retain the pickup box endgate hinges to the endgate.
  3. Remove the pickup box endgate hinges from the endgate.

  4. Remove the bolts that retain the pickup box endgate hinges to the pickup box.
  5. Remove the pickup box endgate hinges from the pickup box.
