Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in CAUTIONS & NOTICES article.
  1. Install the lower grille guard to the left and right front body mounts with 4 bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the lower grille guard bolts to 45 N.m (33 lb ft).

  2. Install the lower grille guard adjust bracket to the lower grille guard bracket with 2 bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the adjust bracket bolts to 45 N.m (33 lb ft).

  3. Install each for lamp assembly to the grille guard with 2 bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the fog lamp bolts to 9 N.m (7 lb ft).

  4. Connect the electrical connectors to the fog lamp assemblies.
  5. Install the grille guard assembly to the lower grille guard adjust bracket with 2 bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the grille guard bolts to 45 N.m (33 lb ft).

  6. Install the grille guard to the front bumper impact bar with 2 bolts and spacers.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the grille guard bolts to 45 N.m (33 lb ft).

  7. Install the skid plate to the grille guard assembly.
