Removal Procedure

  1. Remove instrument panel door. Refer to DOOR REPLACEMENT - IP STORAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR in INSTRUMENT PANEL, GAGES & CONSOLE article.
  2. Remove the instrument panel compartment lamp switch from the instrument panel compartment by releasing the retaining tabs.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the instrument panel compartment lamp switch.

  4. Pull the bulb from the instrument panel compartment lamp switch socket.
