Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel storage compartment bezel. Refer to DOOR REPLACEMENT - IP STORAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR in INSTRUMENT PANEL, GAGES & CONSOLE article.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the lamp and switch assembly.
  3. Remove the lamp and switch assembly retaining screw from the instrument panel storage compartment bezel.
  4. Push the lamp and switch assembly out

  5. Remove the bulb from the lamp and switch assembly.
