Installation Procedure

  1. Install the bulb to the socket.
  2. Install the bulb socket to the tail lamp assembly by rotating the socket 1/4 turn clockwise.
  3. Install the tail lamp assembly to the vehicle.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in GM VEHICLES CAUTIONS & NOTICES article.
  4. Install the screws that retain the taillamp assembly to the vehicle.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).
