Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECT/CONNECT PROCEDURE in BATTERY article.
  2. Remove the rear window garnish molding. Refer to GARNISH MOLDING REPLACEMENT - REAR UPPER in INTERIOR TRIM article.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  4. Remove the cargo lamp assembly from the roof rear header garnish molding by prying out the assembly using a flat-bladed tool.
