Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the electrical connector.
  2. Install the radio rear speaker to the body side inner panel.

  3. Install the speaker retaining rivets using J 34940  .
  4. Install the rear body side trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - BODY SIDE (STANDARD CAB PICKUP) , TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - BODY SIDE (EXTENDED CAB PICKUP) , TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - BODY SIDE (2-DOOR UTILITY) , TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - BODY SIDE (4-DOOR UTILITY) and TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - BODY SIDE (CREW CAB) in INTERIOR TRIM article.
  5. Inspect for proper circuit operation.
