Removal Procedure
CAUTION:
Refer to BATTERY DISCONNECT CAUTION
in GM VEHICLES CAUTIONS & NOTICES article.
- Disconnect the battery negative cable.
- Remove the instrument panel accessory trim plate. Refer to TRIM PLATE REPLACEMENT - IP ACCESSORY in INSTRUMENT PANEL, GAGES & CONSOLE article.
- Remove the radio mounting screws.
- Remove the radio.
- Disconnect the electrical connector and the antenna lead.
