Installation Procedure

Install the rear seat audio control panel to the rear console trim panel by pressing the unit into place, ensuring the retaining tabs lock into place.
Install the console wiring harness connector to the rear seat audio control panel.
Install the rear console trim panel to the console by pressing the unit into place, ensuring the retaining tabs lock into place.

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in GM VEHICLES CAUTIONS & NOTICES article.
Install the rear console trim panel retaining screw.
Tighten

Tighten the screw to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).

Install the negative battery cable.
