Door Adjustment - Rear (Cargo Doors)

Important: Door hinges on this vehicle are welded in place and the adjustment of this system is not recommended. However, with service bolt-on hinges, adjustment is possible.
- Loosen the left door striker first, and then the right door.
- Adjust the left door so that there is a 5.0 mm (0.196 in) 1.0 mm (0.039 in) gap between the door and the door frame at the top (1).
- Adjust the left door so that there is a 5.0 mm (0.196 in) 1.0 mm (0.039 in) gap between the door (3) and the door frame at the bottom (1).
- Adjust the left door so that there is a 5.0 mm (0.196 in) 1.0 mm (0.039 in) gap between the door and the door frame at the side.
- Adjust the right door so that there is a 5.0 mm (0.196 in) 1.0 mm (0.039 in) gap between the doors (2).
- Adjust the right door so that there is a 5.0 mm (0.196 in) 1.0 mm (0.039 in) gap between the right door and the door frame at the top (1).
- Adjust the right door so that there is a 5.0 mm (0.196 in) 1.0 mm (0.039 in) gap between the right door (3) and the door frame at the bottom (1).
- Adjust the right door so that there is a 5.0 mm (0.196 in) 1.0 mm (0.039 in) gap between the right door and the door frame (2) at the side.
- Adjust both doors so that the surface of the doors to the door frame and each other is flush within 1.0 mm (0.039 in).
- Adjust the door striker in order to hold the right door flush with the left door (1) within 1.0mm (0.039 in).
