Door Adjustment

The original door hinges are welded in place and the adjustment of this system is not possible. Adjustment is only possible with service bolt-on hinges.
- Adjust the door in order to obtain a gap of 5.0-1.0 mm (0.196-0.039 in) between the door (2) and the door frame (1) at the points shown.
- Ensure that the door surface (1) is flush with the body surface (6) within 1.0 mm (0.039 in). Enlarge the striker hole if needed.
