Removal Procedure

  1. Set the parking brake, turn the ignition key to the ON position and move the gear selector to 1st gear position.
  2. Lower the tilt steering column to the lowest position.
  3. Pull the instrument panel cluster trim plate rearward by grasping it around the edges until the retainers release from the instrument panel.

  4. Remove the auxiliary heat blower motor switch (1) from the instrument panel cluster trim plate (3) by releasing the tabs located on the sides of each switch.
