Installation Procedure

  1. Install the recirculation door assembly to the vehicle.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.

  2. Install the recirculation door assembly bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts to 4 N.m (35 lb in).

  3. Install the nuts that retain the recirculation actuator.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the nuts to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  4. Install the recirculation actuator vacuum connector.
  5. Install the instrument panel. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
