Installation Procedure

  1. Install the defroster door (2).

  2. Install the defrost actuator to the air distribution housing.
  3. Connect the defrost actuator vacuum hose to the defrost actuator.
  4. Connect the defrost actuator vacuum hose to the mode actuator.
  5. Install the air distribution duct. Refer to AIR DISTRIBUTOR DUCT REPLACEMENT .
  6. Install the instrument panel assembly. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
