Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 GMC Safari and 2003 Chevrolet Astro. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the blower motor resistor assembly.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the screws to the blower motor resistor assembly.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  3. Connect the electrical connectors.
  4. Install the windshield washers and the coolant reservoir. Refer to COOLANT RECOVERY RESERVOIR REPLACEMENT in Engine Cooling.
  5. Install the air cleaner. Refer to AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY in Removal & Installation.
