Installation Procedure

  1. Install the air temperature door (1) to the heater case.

  2. Install the air temperature actuator to the heater case. Refer to AIR TEMPERATURE ACTUATOR REPLACEMENT in HVAC Systems - Manual.
  3. Install the instrument panel assembly. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
