Removal Procedure

  1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to JACKING AND LIFTING in General Information.
  2. Remove the tire and wheel. Refer to TIRE AND WHEEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION in Tires and Wheels.
  3. Remove the stabilizer shaft links. Refer to STABILIZER SHAFT LINK REPLACEMENT (RWD)  or STABILIZER SHAFT LINK REPLACEMENT (AWD) 
  4. Remove the stabilizer shaft bracket mounting bolts.
  5. Remove the stabilizer shaft brackets.

  6. Remove the stabilizer shaft.
  7. Remove the stabilizer shaft insulators from the stabilizer shaft.
