Disc Brake Caliper Bracket (Rear): Removal

  1. Remove caliper from mounting bracket and support caliper with wire.
  2. Remove brake pads.
  3. Remove anti-rattle clips from brake caliper bracket.
  4. Remove brake caliper bracket mounting bolts.
  5. Remove brake caliper bracket.
  6. Remove any contaminants or foreign material from the inside ends of the brake caliper bracket.
  7. Clean mounting surface and threads of the brake caliper bracket.
