Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Installing Clutch Pedal Assembly Bolt To Clutch Pedal Assembly

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.

Install the clutch pedal assembly bolt to the clutch pedal assembly.
Tighten: Tighten the bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

Install the clutch position switch by sliding it downward.

Install the clutch master cylinder pushrod to the clutch pedal assembly, 1st design.

Install the clutch master cylinder pushrod to the clutch pedal assembly, 2nd design.

Install the clutch pedal assembly nuts to the clutch pedal assembly studs.
Tighten: Tighten the nuts to 23 N.m (17 lb ft).
