Removal & Installation (Passenger-side)

- Before proceeding, see AIR BAG SAFETY PRECAUTIONS . Disable air bag system. See DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM .
- Remove glove box. Disconnect glove box light electrical connector. Disconnect passenger-side air bag module harness clips from instrument panel carrier bracket. Remove air bag module mounting nuts. Remove air bag module. See Figure.
- To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten air bag module mounting nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Activate air bag system.
