Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to LIFTING & JACKING VEHICLE .
  2. Remove the vent hose clamp (2) from the vent hose (1).
  3. Release the grommet securing the vent hose to the vehicle underbody.
  4. Remove the vent hose from the differential assembly vent tube by carefully twisting the hose.
