Installation Procedure

- Align the rear bumper fascia to the vehicle.
- Install the push-in retainers to the rear bumper fascia at the rear end panel.
- Install the push-in retainers to the rear bumper fascia at the rear bumper impact bar.NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
- Install the rear quarter panel to rear bumper fascia bolts.
Tighten
Tighten the rear quarter panel to rear bumper fascia bolts to 5 N.m (44 lb in).
- Install the rear end panel to rear bumper fascia nuts.
Tighten
Tighten the rear end panel to rear bumper fascia nuts to 5 N.m (44 lb in).
- Install the license lamp. Refer to LICENSE LAMP REPLACEMENT .
- Install the push-in retainers to the rear bumper fascia at the splash shield.
- Install the rear compartment trim panels. Refer to COMPARTMENT TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT -- REAR .
- Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to TIRE AND WHEEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Lower the vehicle.
- Remove the protective tape that may have been applied during the removal procedure.
