Installation Procedure

  1. Install the inflator solenoid fill valve washer.
  2. Install the inflator solenoid.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  3. Install the inflator solenoid nut.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the inflator solenoid nut to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

  4. Install the inflator solenoid fill valve nut.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the inflator solenoid fill valve nut to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

  5. Install the inflator solenoid fill valve cap.

  6. Install the air lines to the inflator solenoid.
  7. Connect the inflator solenoid electrical connector.
  8. Install the inflator control panel.
  9. Install the inflator air valve opening cover by pushing the lever outboard.
  10. Install the ELC/TRAILER fuse.
