Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2002 Pontiac Montana, 2002 Oldsmobile Silhouette, and 2002 Chevrolet Venture. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Connect the adjuster switch electrical connector.
  2. Install the adjuster switch to the finish cover.
  3. Install the finish cover to the seat adjuster.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  4. Install the finish cover screws.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  5. Connect the front seat pretensioner electrical connector.
  6. Connect the front seat SIR module electrical connector.
