Installation Procedure

Install the seat cushion cover (1).
Install the seat cover retainer rings (hog rings) (2).
Install the J retainer (1) at the bottom of the seat cushion.

Install the seat cushion to the seat back.

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
Install the front seat recliner bolts.
Tighten

Tighten the bolts to 48 N.m (35 lb ft).
Snap the recliner covers over the recliner mechanism.
Install the seat adjuster mechanism to the seat frame.
Refer to the appropriate sections:
- Front seat adjuster, 2-way Manual, 4-way Manual, if equipped, Refer to Seat Adjuster Mechanism Replacement - Manual (Two - Way Manual) or Seat Adjuster Mechanism Replacement - Manual (Four - Way Manual) .
- Front Seat Adjuster, 6-way Power, if equipped. Refer to Seat Adjuster Mechanism Replacement - Power .

Install the front seat buckle with Pretensioner. Refer to SEAT BELT BUCKLE PRETENSIONER REPLACEMENT - LH and or SEAT BELT BUCKLE PRETENSIONER REPLACEMENT - RH .
Install the finish covers. Refer to Seat Adjuster Track Cover Replacement - Front .
Install the cup holder, if equipped. Refer to Cupholder Replacement - Front Seat .
Install the map pocket net, if equipped. Refer to Map Pocket Net Replacement - Front Seat .
Install the front seat. Refer to Seat Replacement - Bucket .
