Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2002 Pontiac Montana, 2002 Oldsmobile Silhouette, and 2002 Chevrolet Venture. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the armrest to the seat.

    Important:  Ensure that you reset the C-clip (open end facing downwards) into the slotted shaft if the armrest C-clip becomes disengaged from the slotted shaft during the removal of the armrest.

  2. Push inward on the armrest in order to seat the C-clip onto the armrest pivot shaft.
  3. Install the J retainer at the bottom edge of the seat back trim cover.
  4. Install the front seat. Refer to Seat Replacement - Bucket .
  5. Return the seat back to the original position.
