Installation Procedure

  1. Install the evaporator drain hose to the auxiliary evaporator housing.
  2. Install the auxiliary evaporator drain hose to the evaporator clamp.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  3. Install the auxiliary evaporator pipe clamp screw.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the screw to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in).

  4. Install the left rear quarter trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR QUARTER LOWER .
