Installation Procedure

  1. Install the auxiliary blower motor to the blower motor housing.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the auxiliary blower motor mounting screws.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the screws to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in).

  3. Connect the auxiliary air temperature actuator electrical connector.
  4. Connect the auxiliary blower motor resistor electrical connector.
  5. Connect the auxiliary blower motor electrical connector.
  6. Install the shelf carrier. Refer to SHELF CARRIER REPLACEMENT - REAR .
  7. Install the accessory panel. Refer to ACCESSORY PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR .
