Installation Procedure

  1. Snap the lower floor air outlet duct to the studs and the holes in the floor reinforcement.
  2. Install the floor duct to the lower floor duct and the HVAC module assembly.
  3. Install the floor duct brace.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  4. Install the floor duct brace retaining nuts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the nuts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  5. Install the front carpet into position.
  6. Install the console bracket. Refer to BRACKET REPLACEMENT - CONSOLE FLOOR .
  7. Install the center console. Refer to CONSOLE REPLACEMENT - FRONT FLOOR .
  8. Install the front seats. Refer to SEAT REPLACEMENT - BUCKET .
