Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the left rear quarter trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR QUARTER LOWER .
  2. Fig 1: Mid Upper Air Distribution Duct

  3. Remove the retainers from the mid upper air distribution duct.
  4. Remove the mid upper air distribution duct from the C-pillar.

  6. Remove the retainer from the lower air distribution duct.
  7. Remove the lower air distribution duct from the C-pillar.
  8. Remove the auxiliary mode actuator. Refer to MODE ACTUATOR REPLACEMENT - AUXILIARY .

  10. Remove the retainer and bolts from the middle air distribution duct.
  11. Remove the middle air distribution duct from the auxiliary HVAC module assembly.
  12. Remove the middle air distribution duct from the rear quarter.
