Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Middle Air Distribution Duct

  1. Install the middle air distribution duct to the rear quarter.
  2. Install the middle air distribution duct to the auxiliary HVAC module assembly.
  3. Install the middle air distribution retainers.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  4. Install the middle air distribution duct bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  5. Install the auxiliary mode actuator. Refer to MODE ACTUATOR REPLACEMENT - AUXILIARY .

  6. Install the lower air distribution duct to the C-pillar.
  7. Install retainer to secure the lower air distribution duct.

  8. Install the mid upper air distribution duct to the C-pillar.
  9. Install the retaining clips to the air duct system.
  10. Install the left rear quarter trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR QUARTER LOWER .
