Installation Procedure

  1. Engage the actuator linkage to the air temperature door lever.
    2. Fig 1: Air Temperature Actuator

  2. Install the air temperature actuator.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  3. Install the air temperature actuator retaining screws.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the screws to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in).

  4. Connect the air temperature actuator electrical connector.
  5. Install the knee bolster to the IP. Refer to KNEE BOLSTER REPLACEMENT .
