Installation Procedure

  1. Engage the actuator linkage to the left air temperature door lever.
    2. Fig 1: Left Air Temperature Actuator

  2. Install the left air temperature actuator.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  3. Install the left air temperature actuator retaining screws.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the screws to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in).

  4. Connect the left air temperature actuator electrical connector.
  5. Install the knee bolster to the IP. Refer to KNEE BOLSTER REPLACEMENT .
