Test Description

The number(s) below refer to the step number(s) on the diagnostic table.

2. Tests for a short to ground in the detent switch circuit from the B-piliar to the module.
3. Tests the detent switch open position for continuity to ground.
4. Tests the detent switch ajar position.
5. Tests the detent switch for continuity to ground between the ajar and latch positions.
7. Tests the detent switch signal circuit from the B-pillar to the module for continuity.
