Installation Procedure

  1. Align the 4-way and 2-way wedges on the liftgate trim panel to the wedges on the liftgate.
  2. Align the liftgate trim panel studs to the holes in the liftgate.
  3. Align the upper edge of the liftgate trim panel to the top center of the liftgate.
  4. Install the upper edge of the liftgate trim panel to the top center of the liftgate.
  5. Push on the liftgate trim panel in the four corners and center to secure the trim panel retainers.
  6. Install the liftgate pull strap. Refer to Pullstrap Replacement - Lift Gate .
  7. Close the liftgate.
