Removal & Installation (2.2L - VIN F)

IAT sensor is located in air cleaner resonator. See Fig 1. Turn ignition off. Disconnect negative battery cable. Disconnect the air cleaner duct from the air cleaner resonator. Disconnect the IAT sensor harness connector. While twisting the IAT sensor, pull the sensor from the air cleaner resonator. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten air cleaner duct-to-air cleaner resonator clamp to 44 INCH lbs. (5 N.m).
