Installation Procedure

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  1. Install the bolts attaching the latch to the latch bracket.

    Tighten:  Tighten the rear compartment lid latch bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  2. Route the manual release cable down to the rear center floor stowage compartment.
  3. Connect the electrical harness connector.
  4. Install the rear center carpet panel.
