Secondary Air Injection Crossover Pipe/Hose: Installation

  1. Install the AIR crossover pipe. Install the AIR crossover pipe fastener. Tighten the bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Install the crossover pipe to the shut-off valves. Fasten the quick clamps.
  2. Connect the upper radiator hose to the radiator. Install the ignition control module and coils. Install the air cleaner element. Reconnect IAT sensor harness connector. Install the air inlet duct to the MAF sensor and the throttle body.
  3. Refill coolant and bleed system. See COOLING SYSTEM BLEEDING  under COOLING SYSTEM.
