Removal & Installation

Turn OFF the ignition. Remove the bolt retaining the pipe assembly from the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve and carefully pull the pipe assembly back. See Figure. Unscrew the EGR pipe assembly nut from the exhaust manifold. Remove the EGR pipe. To install, reverse removal procedure.
