Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the battery negative cable from the battery. Refer to BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECT/CONNECT PROCEDURE .
  2. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to LIFTING AND JACKING THE VEHICLE .
  3. Remove the electrical connector from the engine oil pressure sensor.
  4. Remove the engine oil pressure switch.
