Removal Procedure

  1. Open the support the hood.
  2. Reposition the electrical center from the right front end sheet metal diagonal brace. Refer to UNDERHOOD ELECTRICAL CENTER OR JUNCTION BLOCK .
  3. Remove the windshield wiper system module cover. Refer to WIPER MODULE COVER REPLACEMENT .
  4. Remove the bolt from the rear hole in the front end sheet metal diagonal brace at the wheelhouse.
  5. Remove the bolts from the front of the front end sheet metal diagonal brace at the upper tie bar.
  6. Remove the front end sheet metal diagonal brace from the engine compartment.
