Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM .
  2. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY .
  3. Disconnect the inlet hose (3) from the inlet pipe.
  4. Use J 38185  in order to position aside the heater hose inlet clamp.

  5. Remove the heater inlet adapter pipe mounting bolt.
  6. Remove the heater inlet adapter pipe.
