Removal & Installation (Aurora 3.5L - Bank 1)

- Bank 1 is the cylinder head that is closest to rear of engine compartment. Remove the coolant recovery tank. Remove the vacuum line from Secondary Air Injection (AIR) shut off valve. See Fig 1.
- Remove the shut off valve to the outlet pipe and bracket fasteners. Remove the shut off valve from the bracket and hose. Clean the gasket surfaces as necessary. To install, reverse removal procedure.
