Removal & Installation (Intrigue)

- EVAP vent solenoid is located behind left rear wheelhouse (wheelwell) liner. See Fig 1. Raise and support vehicle. Remove the left rear tire and wheel. Remove the rear bumper fascia to left rear wheelhouse liner screws. Remove the rocker panel to left rear wheelhouse liner screws.
- Remove the left rear wheelhouse liner-to-rear wheelhouse nuts. Remove the left rear wheelhouse liner from the vehicle. Remove the EVAP canister vent solenoid attaching screw and lower the assembly. Disconnect the EVAP vent solenoid electrical connector. Remove the vent hose from the EVAP vent solenoid. Remove the EVAP vent solenoid from the bracket. To install, reverse removal procedure.
