Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to ENGINE CONTROLS - REMOVAL & INSTALLATION & OVERHAUL in Removal and Installation in Engine Performance.
  2. Use a hammer and a chisel in order to raise the transaxle vent seat off of the transaxle.
  3. Use a flat-bladed tool in order to pry the transaxle vent (37) out of the transaxle.
