Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the oil indicator from the filler tube.
  2. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to ENGINE CONTROLS - REMOVAL & INSTALLATION & OVERHAUL  in Removal and Installation in Engine Performance.
  3. Remove the retaining nut from the EGR at the top of the filler tube.
  4. Remove the lower retaining bolt at the base of the filler tube.
  5. Remove the fluid filler tube.

  6. Remove the fluid filler tube seal.
