Installation Procedure

  1. Install the automatic transaxle range selector lever.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the automatic transaxle range selector lever nut.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the automatic transaxle range selector lever nut to 32 N.m (23 lb ft).

  3. Install the automatic transaxle range selector lever cable to the automatic transaxle range selector lever.
  4. Install the throttle body air inlet duct. Refer to ENGINE CONTROLS - REMOVAL & INSTALLATION & OVERHAUL  in Removal and Installation in Engine Performance.
