Removal Procedure

Important: the child seat tether strap attaches or anchors in two different way. The tether strap attaches to the third row outboard lower seat belt anchor bracket or the third row seat riser depending on the seat configurations. Use the child seat tether strap only in the second row.

Remove the tether strap spring clip from the anchor plate.

Remove the tether strap from underneath the second row seat head restraint if equipped.
Remove the tether strap from the vehicle.
