Installation Procedure

  1. Install the liftgate wedge spacer to the body.
  2. Position the liftgate wedge to the liftgate wedge spacer and slide it forward to the marked location.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the liftgate wedge screw.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the screw to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  4. Close the liftgate.
